Shipping policy
NEXX aims to process all orders as soon as possible following payment. Should there be any delay we shall contact you via email.
In the case of pads, gloves and bags, where items are in stock we aim to process and ship your order within five working days. Please contact us should you have an urgent need for your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Our bats our handmade and will take a little longer. We aim to dispatch bats within ten working days.
All orders are shipped from the UK and relevant shipping charges are advertised on our site, which are accepted once an order is made.
All payments are verified against the address in which the debit/credit card is registered to. All orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct at time of order.
If you are purchasing goods from NEXX Cricket from outside of the UK, please note that you may be liable for further import costs.
